Project Description:S.E.M. was pleased to participate in the transformation of a neglected garage-like structure into a stunning culinary establishment, complemented by attractive residential apartments above. The deteriorated building acquired by the owners necessitated significant structural renovations, enhancements to the foundation, and comprehensive recladding of the exterior. S.E.M. collaborated closely with the consultants to address unforeseen challenges as they emerged, responding promptly to ensure their resolution.
