Project Description:S.E.M. Construction completed a complex phased renovation at Bluewater Health in Sarnia, Ontario, modernizing the existing Oncology and Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence (SADV) clinic spaces across two floors of the active hospital. Delivered through a carefully coordinated five-phase approach, the project utilized Falkbuilt’s prefabricated wall panel system to support efficient installation and a high-quality finish. Working within a sensitive healthcare environment, S.E.M. implemented rigorous infection control measures and construction planning to minimize disruption to patients, staff, and daily hospital operations while successfully delivering updated clinical spaces that support essential healthcare services within the community.
