Project Description:The special projects department at S.E.M. has successfully completed an entrance enhancement for the One London Place building located in downtown London. Given the season and surrounding environment, meticulous planning was essential for the installation of weather-resistant hoarding and overhead protection for pedestrians. Existing marble elements were delicately taken down, adjusted, and reinstalled to fit the new steel framework, aluminum glazing, and updated ACM finishes. This upgrade to the front entrance for Sifton significantly improves accessibility to the prominent multi-use high-rise structure.
