Project Description:
S.E.M. Construction successfully finished the London Headquarters for Public Health Ontario, along with the CL2+ and CL3 research laboratories, achieving a LEED Gold certification. The project involved collaboration among key stakeholders, including Public Health Ontario, Infrastructure Ontario, Colliers Project Leaders, CBRE, Dialog, and Merrick. This initiative encompassed a comprehensive renovation, which included structural alterations to an existing commercial area of approximately 20,000 square feet.
