Project Description:S.E.M. Construction is set to undertake its inaugural project at the Bluewater Health facility located in Sarnia, Ontario. This initiative will involve a comprehensive phased interior renovation and fit-up aimed at repurposing two areas across two floors for the Oncology and SAD-V clinic spaces.
