Project Description:Jetstream Industrial Development is an 80,000 sq. ft., two-building light industrial complex currently under construction in one of London’s fastest-growing industrial corridors. Developed by Miami Developments and constructed by S.E.M. Construction, the project is creating modern industrial space to support the growth of manufacturing, industrial, and commercial businesses across Southwestern Ontario. The development will be home to ACP Manufacturing’s new facility and S.E.M. Construction’s future headquarters, helping establish a new hub for industry, innovation, and economic growth in the region.
