Project Description:S.E.M. Construction completed a substantial renovation to the Biology Labs at Lambton College. This project involved the modernization of 6,000 square feet on the second floor of the south building, enhancing the biology lab, chemistry lab, and related support office areas. The updated facilities now feature advanced Biology and Research Lab spaces, including a dedicated Biosafety Level 2 laboratory along with all necessary support areas.
This endeavor further strengthens S.E.M. Construction’s expertise in laboratory renovations and enhancements. Due to its complexity and scale, this project necessitated a prequalification process.
