In 2021, S.E.M. Construction increased efforts in general trades. This allowed S.E.M. to self-preform many tasks that would otherwise be sub-contracted.
With significant growth in 2022, the S.E.M. Special Projects Division was established! The Special Projects Division is now available to help clients and owners complete a variety of general trades projects- big or small!
Mission and Vision
S.E.M. Special Projects’ mission is to “Use self-preforming capabilities to execute projects effectively and efficiently, achieving high client satisfaction.”
Derived from the overarching vision at S.E.M. Construction, Special Projects’ vision is to “Keep people at the forefront of our business, while growing into the preferred partner for quick duration construction projects across Southwestern Ontario.”
Team
The Special Projects’ team is led by two Project Managers. Together, their experience and expertise allows them to acquire the necessary labour, equipment, and other resources to complete a project on-time and on-budget.
Overall, Special Projects’ mission and vision are achievable through the good, hard-working people that represent S.E.M. Construction.
