Project Description:Interior modifications were carried out on the second floor of the LiUNA 1059 Training Facility. The project involved the addition of two new classrooms, two office spaces, an open lounge area featuring a coffee station, a janitor’s closet, and restrooms.
Although the project timeline was brief, it necessitated materials with long lead times and specific deliverables from the owner. Midway through the project, the scope of work expanded due to additional requests from the owner. S.E.M. Construction effectively adhered to the schedule and worked diligently with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of all components, thereby advancing the project timeline as much as possible. Throughout the entire duration of the project, the facility remained operational, requiring careful planning of noisy activities, such as demolition, to align with the facility’s operational schedule.
