S.E.M. Construction has completed two of three buildings for the Lucan Woods Condominium site in Lucan, Ontario. The building is aesthetically pleasing, using a combination of neutral tones of stone, brick and metal siding that fits well with the surrounding buildings. The building boasts a spacious 23 units, from one bedrooms to two bedrooms + den. Each unit features an open concept entry to kitchen to living room that maximizes comfort and natural light throughout.
This project presented some unique challenges and is an excellent testament to S.E.M. Constructions’ ability to manage projects during winter construction within a tight time line. This also demonstrates S.E.M.’s thorough understanding of how to ensure fireproofing and fire separations are installed in a multi-residential setting, as well as the importance of STC ratings.
