Windermere Cafe has completely transformed into Restaurant Ninety One. The work started on January 2nd 2016 which involved tearing down part of the restaurant. As the old walls were replaced with new ones, not only they fixed all the climate control issues that guests were exposed to, but they were also a reflection of class and high taste to compliment a fine dining experience putting an ever lasting smile on visitors faces.
The awarding of this project was the result of UWO’s Best Value Tender, a process in which the lowest bid is not the only deciding factor. A project plan, risk and value assessment was submitted as part of the tendering process and after interviews S.E.M. Construction was the successful contractor for the project.
