S.E.M. Construction was delighted to be part of the renovation to transform an older restaurant into a completely updated and trendy space for the second location of a London-based favorite, Thaifoon. We were able to be heavily involved in some early design planning to ensure the local company was able to have their vision fully realized, all while maintaining strict adherence to CF rules and regulations at the height of COVID.
