Project Description:S.E.M. Construction has successfully undergone a prequalification process, enabling them to support pre-construction activities and serve as the Construction Manager for the new Trillium Villa Long Term Care facility. This project encompasses a 100,000 square foot, three-story, state-of-the-art building designed to accommodate 160 patient beds for the residents of Sarnia.
