Project Description:S.E.M. Construction partnered with the owner and design team to deliver a new lunchroom and locker facility within an active quarry operation in Ingersoll, Ontario. Through a collaborative approach, the project team refined the building layout and site design to better support end-user needs while aligning with project objectives. The project also showcases S.E.M.’s self-perform concrete capabilities, with foundations, slab-on-grade, exterior walkways, and stairs completed by our in-house team, providing greater control over quality, coordination, and schedule throughout the construction process.
