Project Description:As Construction Manager, S.E.M. Construction partnered with Doug Tarry Homes and Eastwood Housing Corporation to deliver a new 82-unit affordable housing development in St. Thomas, Ontario. The five-storey, 68,000 sq. ft. building was thoughtfully designed to maximize site efficiency while creating high-quality housing for the community. Through a collaborative approach with the owner, consultants, and trade partners, the project incorporated sustainable building practices and energy-efficient systems to support long-term performance and resiliency. S.E.M.’s in-house team also completed the concrete foundations, demonstrating our commitment to quality, coordination, and project delivery excellence.
