Project Description:S.E.M. Construction is delivering the Kathleen Avenue Affordable Housing Development, a three-storey residential building that will provide 50 one-bedroom units, including 14 barrier-free supportive housing units operated by March of Dimes. Developed for the County of Lambton, the project is designed to expand access to safe, accessible housing and support the region’s growing housing needs. Construction is underway, with occupancy anticipated in Fall 2026.
