S.E.M. completed the interior office/classroom fit-up for a large portion of the third floor of the Public Health Family Medicine building. This project included all new HVAC Systems, Electrical (including lighting) and Sprinkler installations to suite the newly finished space – all of which needed to be coordinated with the building facility staff to ensure full integration into the existing systems. This integration was confirmed during the Integrated Testing Process (ITP), a new requirement by the City of London. The fit up was done to create new workspaces for students, classrooms, a boardroom, kitchen areas and staff offices.
