S.E.M. is currently working Western University’s Indigenous Learning Center, where they’re giving the old library a much-needed face lift. This architecturally driven project contains new offices, kitchens, and bathrooms with lots of nature inspired finishes, curved walls and glass. The building is also getting a new, high efficiency heating and cooling system, as well as LED lighting. In addition to the interior upgrades, we will also be constructing an exterior, sunken, circular classroom complete with firepit, arbor, seating, lighting and landscaping.
