Project Description:S.E.M Construction, collaborating with Doug Tarry Homes, took on the role of construction manager for the PowerCo offices located in St. Thomas at 800 Talbot Street. This initiative will provide a workspace for the PowerCo team as they prepare for the upcoming battery plant.
