Project Description:S.E.M. Construction completed a 9,000 sq. ft. renovation at YMCA of Three Rivers, transforming fitness, youth, lobby, and change room spaces while the facility remained fully operational. The project included extensive architectural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades, along with a complete change room renewal and major infrastructure improvements. Through careful coordination and phased construction, our team delivered a modernized facility that enhances the experience for members and supports the YMCA’s ongoing role as a vital community hub.
