Project Description:S.E.M. Construction completed the interior fit-up of Westland Insurance within an existing shell space, creating a fully functional office environment tailored to support the company’s continued growth. The project included new architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, and coordination of security and communications infrastructure. Delivered on an accelerated 2.5-month schedule, the project required proactive planning, strategic sequencing, and close coordination with client vendors and building stakeholders, resulting in a high-quality workspace completed on time and on budget.
