Project Description:Ahead of construction of the $7 billion EV battery plant in St. Thomas, S.E.M. Construction served as Construction Manager for the transformation of 25,000 sq. ft. of vacant downtown space into PowerCo Canada’s head office. The project included a complete interior renovation and exterior refresh featuring new siding, windows, roofing, and painted brick. Delivered on an accelerated schedule, the project required close collaboration and flexibility to accommodate evolving workspace requirements while maintaining critical occupancy deadlines.
