Project Description:S.E.M. Construction partnered with Marcel Equipment to deliver a 40,000 sq. ft. Design-Build heavy industrial facility in St. Thomas, Ontario. As a leader in heavy equipment rebuilding and refurbishment for nearly 50 years, Marcel Equipment required a purpose-built headquarters to support its continued growth. From pre-construction, design, and municipal approvals through to completion, S.E.M. Construction managed every phase of the project. Built on more than 15 acres, the facility features specialized mechanic, welding, blasting, washing, and painting bays, along with heavy-duty infrastructure designed to support demanding industrial operations.
