Project Description:The Thaifoon Kitchen renovation transformed an existing restaurant within Masonville Place into a modern dining destination for the second location of the popular London-based restaurant. Working closely with the owner during the early planning stages, S.E.M. Construction provided constructability input and practical design guidance to help bring the vision to life. The project required extensive coordination within an active shopping centre and was successfully delivered during the COVID-19 pandemic through proactive planning, disciplined scheduling, and close collaboration with stakeholders, trades, and suppliers.
